Daniel James Siefka and his wife, Lydia R. Siefka, have been implicated in fraudulent activities affecting individuals and businesses in Michigan, New York, and Colorado as far back as 2019. He should not be confused with his father, Daniel Gordon Siefka, who is also a builder. ⚠️
Daniel and Lydia are also known to work with a Kathy Fitch, aka Kathy Ritter-Fitch, who has, most recently, posed as the owner of the company in Colorado.
Their scams span multiple industries, using deceptive practices to exploit victims financially.
